Vedmarg allows a single login page for whole school staff including admin, manager, principal, teachers, employees and all.
You just need your username and password to login to your dashboard. If you forgot your password, you can reset your password using the 'forgot password' option.
The admin dashboard gives you full control to manage every aspect of the school effortlessly.
You can view the overall fees report, overall students report, check daily or month-wise attendance, school fees you received on each particular month, monthly expenses, upcoming birthdays of the students in the next 7 days, and much more.
Vedmarg ERP empowers you to create unlimited employee roles, and assign unlimited employees into any roles with their permissions.
Here, you can create employee roles as much as you want in your portal. You can set permissions in each role and add staff person into the roles.
Vedmarg allows you to add unlimited employees with their roles and again you can add permissions.
This section enables you to see all the employees you have created to date. Here, you will get all the information about each individual employee of your organization.
The information includes name, email id, mobile number, profile picture, the type of role assigned to an employee, joining date, etc. You can edit any information at any time.
Adding a new employee is as simple as a new signup. A form will pop up on your screen. You have to fill in all the necessary details pertaining to an employee in the form.
Some basic fields are compulsory such as name, email ID, contact details, and employee role. You can fill up or leave the rest of the fields as per your need. Click on the ‘save’ button below to save the information.
Vedmarg facilitates you to assign tailored permissions to your school employees from anywhere at any time.
From teachers to staff members, you can grant permission to each employee as per their dedicated roles in just a few seconds. This enhances the school's productivity and efficiency to great extent. You can modify permissions of any employee.
The general settings section allows you to view and edit the basic details, contact details, school logo, authority signature, and a small description about your school.
You can set a custom text (like CBSE, UP Board, RBSE) to display through the portal.
Some fields are compulsory to enter, such as school name, school code, current session, etc. You can edit this information at any time.
This section allows you several options to display the school information such as logo, affiliation code, phone number, etc. on certain modules/reports/screens.
Moreover, we have different variations of fee receipts and mark sheets. You can select the one at your convenience.
For example: If you want to display the Accountant's Signature on the Fees Receipt, then you have to press the tick button. Otherwise, leave it blank.
Vedmarg School Software is integrated with the Razorpay Payment Gateway Solution. In order to make a payment, you have to register on Razorpay first.
Once you have set up the Razorpay account. They will give you a secret secret key and a payment code. You have to enter that information in our payment gateway form. Once you do that, your students can pay fee online through their student app.

This section enables you to set up and manage the school notifications for fee payments, student and staff attendance, and online fee payments to share with parents, students, teachers, and other employees.
