Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction but, if any customer wants refund, we will refund the latest month’s amount to the customer and it will be credited within 7 days.
We strive to satisfy the customer with our services. In case we fail to deliver from our end, but the payment has been done by the client, then it is mandatory for them to inform us regarding the same. This has to be done within 24 hours of the payment and if the customer decided to change his mind in terms of the service then there is no scope for a refund.
We reserve the right to try and make the necessary steps to complete the service before we process any kind of refund.
The refund policy states that Menace Techdost Services Private Limited is liable to refund the money only in case of an unsatisfactory performance from our end. In cases, as such the applicants need to apply for the same through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The refund will not be provided if the amount is earned by the company because of the time and energy spent in the delivery of the service. Such amounts will be deducted for the investment of the manpower and resources for the work done. The amount will be subjected to deductions of all the various service charges for payment gateway, govt. Fees, third-party fees, etc. Only after the said amount is deducted that the client will get the remaining amount.
