This Refund Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, implementation services, customization services, and other services offered by Vedmarg ERP, a product of TechDost Services Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By making any payment towards Vedmarg ERP, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Vedmarg ERP are final and non-refundable, except where expressly approved by the Company in writing.

The Company reserves the sole right to determine whether any refund request qualifies under this policy.

2. Product Evaluation Before Purchase

Vedmarg ERP provides sufficient opportunities for customers to evaluate the software before purchasing, including but not limited to:

  • Live product demonstrations

  • Feature presentations

  • Requirement discussions

  • Question & Answer sessions

  • Quotation discussions

  • Product walkthroughs

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the software meets their business requirements before making any payment.

The Company shall not be responsible for refund requests arising from requirements that were not communicated before purchase.

3. No Refund After Implementation

Once implementation activities have commenced, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.

Implementation includes, but is not limited to:

  • Account creation

  • Institution onboarding

  • Software activation

  • Data import or migration

  • System configuration

  • User creation

  • Training sessions

  • Technical support

  • Implementation assistance

  • Module configuration

  • Any work performed by the Company’s implementation team

4. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees paid towards Vedmarg ERP are non-refundable.

This applies irrespective of:

  • Actual software usage

  • Partial usage

  • Customer discontinuing the service

  • Change in customer requirements

  • Internal management decisions

  • Switching to another software provider

5. Advance Payments

Any advance payment received by the Company reserves implementation resources, technical staff, onboarding schedules, and project planning.

Advance payments are non-refundable once implementation, onboarding, or technical work has commenced.

6. Customization Requests

Vedmarg ERP is offered as a standardized cloud-based ERP platform.

Any customization requested by a customer shall be treated as a separate development activity and may incur additional charges.

The Company is under no obligation to provide customer-specific modifications unless agreed upon in writing.

All payments made towards customization, development, configuration, or enhancement are strictly non-refundable.

7. Training and Support

Charges paid towards:

  • Online training

  • Offline training

  • Technical consultation

  • Support services

  • Data upload

  • Configuration

  • Implementation assistance

are non-refundable once the services have been delivered or initiated.

8. Account Closure

Customers may request closure of their ERP account at any time.

Upon receiving a written request, the Company may deactivate and close the account as per its internal process.

Account closure shall not create any obligation upon the Company to refund any payment previously received.

9. Change of Mind

Refunds shall not be granted due to:

  • Change of business decision

  • Change of management

  • Budget constraints

  • Preference for another software

  • Internal operational changes

  • Failure to utilize the software

  • Customer expectations beyond the agreed scope

10. Resource Utilization

The Company incurs significant operational costs towards:

  • Technical manpower

  • Implementation

  • Software configuration

  • Project management

  • Customer onboarding

  • Training

  • Infrastructure

  • Cloud hosting

  • Customer support

Accordingly, once such resources have been allocated or utilized for a customer’s project, payments made shall not be refundable.

11. Exceptional Cases

The Company may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund only in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payment received for the same invoice

  • Incorrect payment processing due to a verified technical error caused by the Company

Any approved refund shall be processed only after internal verification and approval.

The Company’s decision regarding refund eligibility shall be final.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or discontinuation of Vedmarg ERP.

Refund of subscription fees shall not be available merely because the customer decides to discontinue the services.

13. Right to Modify

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on the Company’s website shall supersede all previous versions.
