1. Vedmarg ERP subscriptions
Our services are subscription-based service and we deliver services within 12-hours post payment.
Our process is as follows:
- Quotation approval by client/school/college management
- Payment processing as per the quotation
- Post payment, account setup on Vedmarg ERP
- Data migration/uploading start
- Training and guidance to the management and staff employees
- Hand-over complete setup to the client.
2. Biometric devices
We are a reseller of biometric attendance devices. After we receive your payment, we place your order with our supplier, who ships the device directly to your address through a courier partner.
- Delivery time: we tell you the expected delivery time when we confirm your order. It depends on your location and stock. If the supplier or courier is delayed, we will keep you informed.
- Shipping charges: shown at checkout or in your quotation.
- On delivery: please check the package when it arrives. If the outer box is visibly damaged, note it on the courier's delivery receipt, or refuse the delivery, and tell us straight away.
- Damaged, wrong or missing items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order details and photos or an unboxing video of the package and the device. We raise it with our supplier, who replaces the device once they have verified the issue. If a replacement is not possible, you are refunded under our Refund Policy.
- Installation and integration with Vedmarg are not part of delivery. See our Terms & Conditions.
