Vedmarg Student App Update Alert

Real-time notifications for attendance and fee collection
ID card with new design
Students can share their School’s app with their classmate by ‘Share This App’ in menu
Students can download fee-receipt from their mobile app from ‘paid fee log’ option.
Now, students can reset their passwords using their username and they will get an OTP on the linked mobile number. They will see last 4 digits of the mobile number linked with the username. After entering the OTP, they can set a new password for their account.

1. Customise Header of Receipts/ID Card/Admit Card/TC/Marksheet

New options added to manage your school’s data across complete Vedmarg School ERP.

Here you can choose various information of school/college/institute’s on various pages/files/documents.

2. Send SMS Update for Fee Collection
Setting > Options > Bottom side (https://account.vedmarg.com/user/setting?tab=options)
3. Setting – New fields added

Here you need to fill your organisation’s details and contact details. Also set organization name for SMS templates.

4. Create unlimited document types for students

When you add a new student or open an old student’s details, you can upload/download documents for the created document types. You can easily view pics with zoom feature.

5. New fields in ‘Add teacher’

Now you can add qualification of teachers and select universities/college name with passing year. You can add multiple entries there.

6. Teachers Module
Import and Export Files updated with all the fields.
7. No sms for attendance in past date
If you fill attendance for any past date, SMS will not be sent to student/parents.
8. ID Cards – Class wise download

Now you can download/view ID cards class wise or download all classes in a single click.

If you change any data for students/teachers/employees, kindly edit the generated ID cards and save. It will fetch all the current data from records.

9. Fee defaulters – Total for dues

If you filter the fee defaulters for months, it will show you the total fee records according to the  selected months.

With the above link, you will get the total amount, paid, and balance of 3 months. You can select any month here.

10. Transfer Certificate (TC)

Here you can set header titles, footer options (signs, checked by) as you want.

Also, you can set the position of all the fields by drag and drop facility. You can create/delete fields as per your requirements.

Date format on TC is now 24-Jun-2023.
11. Daily Attendance Record on Dashboard

Now, you will get daily attendance records on dashboard and you can check recent data as well.

12. Study material

We fixed the issue in study material module and now you can share/upload study material accordingly.

13. Expense (Filter by Payer)

Now, you can filter expenses records by payer name.

14. Attendance Update

Now, you can mark attendance with roll no and student name (with father name) and get same details at editing table. You can delete attendance as well.

Here, you can view/edit all records in a single view/table and you can filter class wise, new/old, section wise.

Also, you can search by student name, mobile number, and father name
