First, check your bank statement. If the amount is deducted but the payment is not reflected in the school’s system, contact the school’s finance department with the transaction details. The refund process usually takes a few business days.
Yes, after successful payment, you should receive a digital receipt on Vedmarg mobile apps. You can also get it from the school's account department.
