1. Discount Head
Now, admin or auth person can set a Max Discount (fixed amount or max percentage based) in discount heads.

Also, you can edit your current discount heads and we recommend you to apply max discount settings as per current discount given by you on ERP.

2. Admit Card – Single Student’s Download

Now, admin or auth person can download admit card of a particular student by going to his profile and see all the created admit card here. You can view or download in pdf file.

If you want to change anything, you need to go to Admit cards and then edit the changes and save.

3. RTE Update – Vedmarg ERP

Student will show in Fees Structure Created tab

If you have created the fee structure of student
If student’s fee structure is created and having Fee: Rs. 0 only
If you have disabled all the fee heads for student. In this case the studen’t fee will be Rs. 0 only.

4. Marksheet settings > advanced options

2 options added:

⁠To represent the Absent while entering the marks
On absent, what result client wants to show: pass or fail.

Note: absent character is mandatory for 2nd option.

Currently this feature is working on ERP only, not in app.

5. A notification comes to student when his homework has been reviewed by the teacher. After getting this notification, student can review his homework.

7. Big Update – Notifications to Parents

Now, parents will receive notifications for all notices, text messages for their wards either it is sent by mobile app or ERP.

Parents can filter notifications according to their wards as shown in the screenshot.

Teachers can send notices to students from their app (needs permission from admin) and the notifications will be delivered to the parents of the students if they are logged in to the app.

9. New Update in Fee Structure Bulk Update

Now, you can add fine to any fee, anytime and add fine to all students for that fee. It will add fine to all the students who didn’t pay that fee.

Also, if the fee is monthly, fine will be calculated/added from the 1st month of session in your account.
For ex: if you want to add fine from august month onwards in monthly fee, thats not possible. It will be added to all students who didn’t pay for apr, may, june or… so on.

Remember: The updating process has changed to a queue, please wait until the changes take effect. The process will be running in the background.

Now, you can update fee amount in bulk for all students without affecting the given discount (by discount heads).

Note: If you have changed the fee amount of any student in his fee structure, it will update the new fee amount in the fee amount column.

1. Common Rank: Generate duplicate rank if percentage of students are same
2. Sequential Rank: Rank will be always in sequence only

Now you can show/hide Transaction ID on fee receipts.

6. To show/hide fields on fee receipts, you can setup in settings > fees and select the options you want to show fee receipts.

PS: There are a lot of options to manage regarding fee system.

Now, here is a list of students having some balance in their ledger. By default, it will not show those students whoe structure are not created or having no dues.
