Steps to Set Up Academic Calendar in Vedmarg (A Detailed Guide):

Step 1: Visit our website: https://www.vedmarg.com. There is an icon for the user account/dashboard.

Step 2: You can go to your dashboard through this link: https://account.vedmarg.com

Step 3: After logging into your software’s dashboard, go to the ‘Academic Calendar’ Section in the left sidebar menu. In that section, you will see 2 options, i.e., Academic Calendars & Academic Calendar Types. Let’s discuss both options one by one.

Step 4: Click on ‘Academic Calendar Types’ to view the categories of events that you have already defined. You can define a new event category by entering a name & save it by clicking on the ‘save’ button.

Step 5: Add Events to the Academic Calendar.

• Within the created academic calendar, click on the ‘+” icon in the academic calendars section, then add the event details such as the event name (e.g., Mid-Term Exam, Independence Day Celebration, Summer Vacation, etc.).
• Choose whether the event is Single Day or Multi-Day.
• Select the start and end dates for the event.
• Mark the event as Tentative or Confirmed.
• Add additional details or notes if required.
• Click Save to finalize the event.

Step 6: You can view all added events in the Academic Calendar List. To modify an event, click the Edit icon and update the details as needed. Delete an event if no longer required by clicking the Delete button.

Step 7: Once all events are added, share the calendar with teachers, students, and parents through the school’s portal or mobile app. Enable Notifications & Reminders to keep everyone updated about upcoming events.
