Step 3: After logging into your school management software dashboard, go to the Fee Section in the left sidebar menu. There you will see the ‘Transport Structure’ option.
Step 4: It will redirect you to the ‘Transport Structure’ page where you can create the transport structure by clicking on the ‘+’ symbol in the upper-left corner.
Step 5: When you click on the ‘+’ icon, you will get a popup with the various fields and you can type a Transport Fee Title name such as ‘Meerut – Route No 1’. After that, enter the vehicle details such as Vehicle No, Vehicle Type, and Vehicle Condition. Now select the route. Enter the driver’s details. Lastly, you add the transport fee according to distance-wise.
Step 6: You can setup multiple fees as per the kilometres by entering the starting and ending KM and add the amount in ‘Fees’ field.
